Your skin type is the single biggest factor in how brows heal. Dry, normal or combination skin heals well with microblading, combo and ombre. Oily skin or large pores heals best with combo or ombre. Mature, sun-damaged or wrinkled skin heals best with ombre. Cover-ups and corrections usually call for ombre. Unsure? Book an in-person consult.

Permanent makeup is semi-permanent — brows and lips fade 40–60% from fresh color as they heal and gradually soften over 1–3 years. An annual color boost keeps them crisp.

Most clients rate the discomfort 2–4 out of 10. Topical numbing is applied throughout the session to keep you comfortable.

Avoid alcohol, caffeine and blood thinners 24 hours prior. No waxing, tinting, or Botox in the brow area for 2 weeks before. Arrive with clean, bare skin.

Anyone pregnant or nursing should wait until after nursing. Active chemo or radiation patients should wait until treatments are complete. Clients with rosacea, severe acne, previous tattoo work in the area, or certain skin conditions should book a consultation first.

Plan for 2 hours for brows and lips, 1–1.5 hours for eyeliner or accents. You'll also return 4–6 weeks later for a touch-up to lock in color and longevity.

You'll go home with a full aftercare kit and a simple routine: gentle cleansing, a thin layer of healing gel, and no sweating, sun, or water submersion for 10–14 days. We'll walk through everything in person.
